It has been a long time that I wasn’t able to use my windows laptop because I usually bring my MacBook in the office now. With the need of IE, I had no choice but to bring my Toshiba-windows laptop with broken keys.

I was able to install the latest Yahoo Messenger. I have been using it for a week now, and just this morning, I found out that whenever you give a link of a Youtube video to your friends through Yahoo Messenger, the video would actually be shown on the Messenger window. Check the screen shot below.

This is indeed a great upgrade, to have an ease on the users side, because they don’t need to open the video URL, but they could watch it instantly from the messenger window while chatting.

I just installed Google Analytics to track my sites statistics. It is the best statistic generator I have encountered so far.

This is easy to install, once you know HTML.

Steps:

Go to http://www.google.com/analytics/
Log-in to your Google account.
At the bottom left of the screen you would see Add Website Profile », click it.
Input the URL of your site on the text box, click “continue button.”
Click the “New Tracking Code (ga.js)” tab. Copy the code.
Go over the source code of your site, look for and paste the copied code before it.
Save and upload your updated source.
At Google Analytics, click “Finish.”
After 24 hours you would be receiving data’s of your blog.
